For those who are still holding on to Windows 10, Microsoft has brought out a new version push, specifically, version 21H2 for users of Windows 10 20H2.

Windows 10 version 21H2 is a minor update that only brings improvements in Wi-Fi security, Windows Hello for Business and Windows Subsystem for Linux.

For those still using Windows 10 version 2004 or newer, the installation process should be quite quick as Windows Update is simply a download of an enablement package that opens the new features on a Windows 10 PC.

As the most stable version of Windows 10, 20H2 has a large user base, and Microsoft is bringing the 21H2 update to allow this group of users to receive a free upgrade to Windows 11 for free.

In this regard, Microsoft said that Windows 10 version 21H2 is available to users with select devices with Windows 10 version 2004 and higher, who manually seek "check for updates" via Windows Update.

Microsoft has also started the first phase of Machine Learning (ML) training for Windows 10 version 20H2 devices, which will soon end service and automatically update to Windows 10 version 21H2.
